5 designations, ending at MREP

Life Events Path

For agents who serve clients when a move is driven by a change in their lives.

Enroll in each designation on its own, in any order. 30-day money-back guarantee.

Why this path

Many moves start with a life change rather than a wish for a bigger kitchen: a parent downsizing, a family inheriting a home, a couple separating, a service member receiving orders or a household choosing to build new. This path prepares you for each, with care for the people involved and clear limits on where agent guidance ends. Five designations, so finishing the path also earns the Master Real Estate Professional capstone.

Who it is for: Agents who want to be the trusted choice for clients and families going through a major life change.

Questions

Do I have to take them in this order?+

No. You enroll in each designation on its own, or get them all with All-Access. The order reflects how these situations often connect, but you can start with the one your clients need most.

Will these designations let me give legal or financial advice?+

No. Each course teaches you to serve the client as an agent and to refer legal, tax, financial and lending questions to the right professionals, such as attorneys and lenders. Knowing where agent guidance ends is part of every designation in this path.

Is this a license or continuing education?+

No. These are voluntary professional designations. They are not a license, they do not count toward state continuing-education hours, and they are not affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS, the VA or any government body.
