About the marketing, leads & ai track

The Marketing, Leads & AI track is for agents who want their marketing and lead follow-up to work as a system instead of a string of one-off efforts. It covers three jobs every practice depends on: being visible, turning interest into conversations, and using modern tools without creating new risks. Its three designations can be taken in any order, so you can begin wherever your business is weakest.

The Certified Social Media Marketing Pro builds a content system you can actually keep, including short-form listing and brand video, with the advertising rules and fair housing standards that apply to every post and paid ad. The Certified Real Estate Lead Specialist deals with what happens after someone raises a hand: response speed, conversion, a sphere and referral engine, expired and FSBO prospecting that respects do-not-call rules, and a weekly routine with time blocked for follow-up. The Certified AI Real Estate Expert covers using AI to draft listing copy, client messages and research, along with the review habits that keep the output accurate, private and consistent with fair housing rules. It also covers the wider agent tech stack and remote tools, including video tours, electronic signatures and the wire-fraud safeguards every client deserves.

Agents short on new business often start with the Certified Real Estate Lead Specialist, while agents with a steady pipeline but little visibility start with social media. The AI designation pairs well with either. All three count toward the Master Real Estate Professional capstone, earned at any five ACI designations.

Questions about this track

Which marketing designation should I start with?+

Start with the area that costs you the most business today. If leads arrive but rarely turn into appointments, take the Certified Real Estate Lead Specialist first, because response and follow-up habits pay off quickly. If too few people know what you do, start with the Certified Social Media Marketing Pro. The Certified AI Real Estate Expert fits alongside either one, since it speeds up the writing that both designations ask you to produce.

How does the track handle fair housing in advertising?+

Fair housing runs through all three designations rather than sitting in a single lesson. The social media designation covers advertising rules for organic posts and paid ads, including how targeting choices can create problems. The AI designation teaches you to review generated copy for language that describes people instead of the property. The lead designation keeps prospecting respectful of do-not-call rules. Rules vary by state and platform, so each course points you to your own.

Do I need technical skills for the AI designation?+

No. The Certified AI Real Estate Expert is written for working agents, not developers, and assumes only everyday comfort with a computer and a phone. The emphasis is on judgment: which task suits an AI tool, what to check before you rely on its output, and how to keep client information private. The tech stack and remote tools units follow the same approach, focusing on choosing tools on purpose and protecting clients from wire fraud.

Do marketing designations count toward the Master Real Estate Professional capstone?+

Yes. Every designation in this track counts toward the Master Real Estate Professional capstone, which is awarded automatically when you hold any five current ACI designations. Many agents combine all three with the Certified Home Listing Specialist and the Certified Property Staging Specialist, so their marketing has strong listings to promote. The Marketing & Growth Path brings exactly those five together in a suggested order.
