Agent Certification Institute issues practical, verifiable real estate designations. We exist to give agents recognized credentials without the cost, gatekeeping, or classroom time of the old model.
Why we exist
Real estate rewards specialists, but the ways agents proved their skills were stuck in the past. The respected designations were expensive and slow, and the affordable ones handed out letters with no way for a client to check they were real. We built ACI to close that gap: practical training you can work through on your own schedule, at a fair price, backed by a credential anyone can verify in seconds.

Our standardsHow a course is made
Every designation follows a published content standard: four units of practical, scenario-based material, a practice quiz and hands-on assignments for each unit, and a check for real estate accuracy before anything goes on sale. Each course is reviewed every year, and holders get a short update on what changed.
How it is earned
The final exam combines multiple-choice questions, marked instantly, with short written answers that a person reads and marks. Seventy out of a hundred passes, and two attempts are included. The credential is dated the day you pass and is valid for twelve months.
How anyone checks it
Every certificate carries a verification ID. A client, broker or referral partner can enter it on our public register and see who holds the credential, which designation it is, and whether it is current.
Who we are
Agent Certification Institute is operated by Asymmetric Bets Limited, a New Zealand company that runs online professional education brands. We serve licensed real estate agents across the United States, entirely online, and we were founded in 2026.
