5 designations, ending at MREP
Negotiation & Deals Path
For agents who want to win offers and hold deals together from agreement to closing.
Enroll in each designation on its own, in any order. 30-day money-back guarantee.
Why this path
Most deals are won or lost in a few moments: the counteroffer, the multiple-offer round, the appraisal that comes in short and the deadline nobody tracked. This path starts with a negotiation framework, moves to the hardest situations, then covers contract to close. It finishes with the buyer agreement and the market analysis that strengthen every negotiation. Five designations, so finishing the path also earns the Master Real Estate Professional capstone.
Who it is for: Agents who already have clients and want to negotiate with more confidence and lose fewer deals before closing.

Questions
Do I have to take them in this order?+
No. You enroll in each designation on its own, or get them all with All-Access. The order builds from negotiation fundamentals to harder situations and then to the work around them, but you can start with whichever you need first.
Do I need negotiation experience to start?+
No. The Advanced Real Estate Negotiator assumes only an active license and some client work. The Master Real Estate Negotiator builds directly on it, which is why it comes second, so by the time you reach multiple offers and appraisal gaps you already have a framework to apply.
Is this a license or continuing education?+
No. These are voluntary professional designations. They are not a license, they do not count toward state continuing-education hours, and they are not affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS. They are not legal advice for your clients either.
