Minnesota real estate license and CE requirements
What the Minnesota Department of Commerce asks of licensees, with a link to the official source for every figure.

Minnesota licensees renew every two years by June 30 with 30 hours of continuing education, and at least 15 of those hours must be done in the first year of the period. Each license period includes at least an hour on agency representation and disclosure and an hour on fair housing.
On top of those, the Minnesota Department of Commerce sets module training every license year, and brokers add a broker module of at least an hour each year. Courses cannot be repeated for credit in the same period and extra hours do not carry over. Verified commercial-only licensees are exempt from some of the required topics.

Rules change. The Minnesota Department of Commerce is the only authority on what you need to renew; where this page and the official source disagree, the official source is right. Blank figures say "Check with the Minnesota Department of Commerce" because we could not confirm them from an official source.
