Wyoming renews on a three-year cycle with a large hour count: 45 for salespersons and associate brokers, made of 24 required hours and 21 electives. Responsible brokers need 53, adding an 8-hour Wyoming Broker Management course.
The current Wyoming cycle accepts courses completed between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2026, and renewals are due by December 31, 2026. A salesperson or associate broker who takes Wyoming Broker Management can count it as elective hours, and an inactive license renews without CE.

Rules change. The Wyoming Real Estate Commission is the only authority on what you need to renew; where this page and the official source disagree, the official source is right. Blank figures say "Check with the Wyoming Real Estate Commission" because we could not confirm them from an official source.
