Utah real estate license and CE requirements
What the Utah Division of Real Estate asks of licensees, with a link to the official source for every figure.

Utah asks sales agents and brokers for 18 hours every two years. At least 9 must be core topic hours, including a Division-approved 3-hour mandatory course offered in residential, commercial and property management versions, and CE should be done by the 15th of the renewal month.
New Utah sales agents fold a 12-hour New Agent Course into their first 18 hours. The Utah Division of Real Estate's pages blocked direct access, and its pages describe the core requirement in slightly different ways, so these figures come from search results on the official site and deserve a check before you enroll.

Rules change. The Utah Division of Real Estate is the only authority on what you need to renew; where this page and the official source disagree, the official source is right. Blank figures say "Check with the Utah Division of Real Estate" because we could not confirm them from an official source.
